![]() ![]() NO response back, so I send them a message again, them- “yeah haven’t heard anything back from servicemen” So I said, well can they come to tomorrow? my mountain rental response “Oh I don’t know it’s the weekend and tomorrows a holiday” NEVER heard from them again, and this was all text, never bothered to pick up the phone and call me, even though I had left them a voice message and a texted. Took almost 45 minutes to sweep and clean…occupants who come after us YOUR welcome The next day we decided to use the hot tub, upon opening it, it had debris and leaves in it even though the cover was closed and even though THEY SAY it is drained and cleaned before every arrival!! Hmmm wonder how the debris got in, also the water was very low below the jets, guess they didn’t notice that when they were refilling! AND finally out of the almost 20 jets, only 3 were WORKING! and sometimes they cut off So I called and texted the office, their reply, “we’ll call for service, but it’s Sunday afternoon so probably won’t get anybody, sorry I’ll let you know.” This was by text never an actual phone call during my entire stay! hours went by we wanted to use the hot tub that evening since it was an amenity that we specifically were looking for and had paid for. They have very adamant language that you should NOT call them after hours unless an emergency In order to enjoy the views and sit at the dining room table when we arrived after 5, we cleaned ourselves. ![]() My Mountain rental office closes at 5pm and even earlier during the weekend. Light bulbs were out in the dining area as well as the hot tub area…boards were falling down off of the hot tub.The hot tub was covered with leaves outside and had leaves and debris INSIDE! cobwebs everywhere all on lighting and around.ěoth decks main and upper had excessive cobwebs on the inside of the screening as well as piles of dead bugs every where.Turned on chandelier over kitchen table it was antler style-covered and I mean covered in cobwebs some lightbulbs were out as well.Ĝobwebs and dead bugs everywhere-I realize that we are in the mountains so bugs and such are to be expected, however it was very evident these had been there for a while because of inadequate cleaning.So much dust on the mounted animals, the black turkey feathers were brown-we were constantly sneezing.Ěrriving at cabin-covered with spider webs inside and out as well as dust.Terrible customer service, poorly maintained cabin. Never would suggest such a ridiculous place to anyone!!! Most frustrating place and pathetic customer support!!… Either they put you on hold or the answer is “ No idea about what time the support guys would come “ So we are supposed to wait outside the cabin in the car until someone comes. The customer call goes looping on and on. Not done Next day after our tour we came back by 10:00 pm and grr the lock is jammed and nobody at help. many more to come The bathtub on upstairs leaks and all leakage down to the room. We will have to wait till mightnight □ And if noone comes by midnight we can expect someone next day, so we can be unsecure till then ahh. ![]() When asked the customer care as always holding for hours, someone answered and said there is no one at the location. The security system was ridiculous as it wasn’t working. Firstly there were no cabin support there, nobody at the location. We were there with our parents and had a very terrible experience. ![]()
